1.  Do you have a shop?
No, all our products can be purchased from our online store or you can regularly check our events page to see where we will be next.

2. Can I place an order over the phone and what are your accepted methods of payment?

Unfortunately we do not accept payments over the phone but our secure online payment system on our website accepts credit and debit card payments. We use the internationally recognised Paypal system which offers a secure method of payment.

3. How do I go about booking Naolei for an event?

Just contact us by filling out the contact form or by giving us a call on 07930 311 213 or 07986 272 707 between 6 - 8pm 6 days a week


4.  Why is the colour of item on display not the same as my order?
 
Please note that all Naolei items are handmade so no two items are the same, although every care is taken to match required purchases.

5.  As the bags are handpainted are they waterproof?

Yes, the artwork is done using acrylic paint, but like with any piece of artwork care should be taken.

6.  How does my order get delivered?

We aim to respond to your order request within 24 hours.

All our products are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery service which means goods are

-  signed for on delivery
-  product is insured
-  fully trackable (link)

7. What happens if I have to return an item?

Returns procedure

We hope you will be happy with your purchase and satisfied with the service provided. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.

Returns should be made within 3 days and in original, undamaged packaging. A full refund will be provided in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

If we find that the product for exchange has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Returns must be made by recorded or special delivery with the following information:

-  Reference/Receipt No.
-  Reason for returning
-  Contact details (full name, address and telephone number)
